7. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to provide a reason.
In summary:
- returns accepted within 14 days
- return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- no restocking fees
- refunds issued to the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
8. Reconditioned Products
Some products offered on macanstory.com are reconditioned, allowing us to provide:

- a balance between premium second-hand and near-new condition
Odyssée does not claim any official affiliation with the brands displayed in visuals or descriptions.
