Refund policy

At MACAN, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in new and unworn condition

  • clean and odor-free

  • not washed

  • returned with all original tags attached (if applicable)

  • returned in its original packaging (if possible)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


2. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intention to return an item.

Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship the package.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Returns must be sent to our international processing center.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

MACAN cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


4. Non-Eligible Items

We do not apply a “final sale” policy.
All items may be returned provided they meet the conditions listed above.

However, the following items are not eligible for return if worn or damaged:

  • underwear

  • socks

  • hygienic accessories

(except in the case of a defect upon receipt)


5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, simply:

  1. return your original order

  2. receive your refund

  3. place a new order on our website


7. Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged

  • incorrect

  • or has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
