Delivery
How do deliveries work at MACAN?
Enjoy free home delivery, from 80€ of purchase, worldwide! We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for each item in your cart based on the delivery address.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on your order location: Allow 10 to 16 working days for France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Spain, and 6 to 16 working days for the rest of the world.
Where is my order?
As soon as you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. You will then receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can follow the status of your shipment at any time on our Tracking Page. If you encounter any problems, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

How can I return my order?
We always strive to ensure our customers are happy with our products, but if you need to return an order, we will be happy to help. To request a return, please email info@macanstory.com .
What is the return period?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to return your order to you if it is returned to us after the 15th day following receipt.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for a return?
Yes, you must pay the return postage, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in the order.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please use our contact form.
This option is only possible if your order has not yet been processed and shipped.
I paid for my order, but I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you have ordered from us and the amount has been successfully debited from your bank account or PayPal, this order is also in our system. It may happen that you do not receive an order confirmation email due to the high volume of orders.
For this reason, please use our contact form to contact us with your full name and address so that we can send you the order confirmation email.
Please also check your spam folder to see if the order confirmation email is missing or if your payment amount has been debited by your chosen payment provider.
