These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the website macanstory.com, operated by Marin Moreuil, sole trader (micro-entreprise) trading as Odyssée.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer.

2. Products
MACAN offers for sale clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products, including reconditioned items, refurbished in factories or by certified partners.
Products are carefully selected and inspected to ensure quality. Minor variations may occur depending on refurbishment batches.
Odyssée does not claim any official affiliation with the brands mentioned or displayed on the website. All brand names and logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
For deliveries outside the European Union, prices do not include any customs duties or local taxes that may apply depending on the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Odyssée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Order confirmation implies:
- full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale
- accuracy of the information provided by the customer
After payment validation, a confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the customer.
Odyssée reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- suspected fraud
- product unavailability
- invalid or incomplete shipping address
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:
- Credit / Debit Card
- Shopify Payments
- Klarna
- PayPal (if enabled)
All payments are fully secured via our partner payment platforms.
6. Shipping
Shipping Areas
MACAN ships to the following regions, among others:
- Europe
- United States & Canada
- Australia & New Zealand
Delivery Times
- In-stock items: 5 to 8 business days
- Made-to-order / reconditioned items: 12 to 20 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Fees
Worldwide free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 daysfrom the date of delivery, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty, other than the cost of returning the goods.
To exercise this right, customers may notify their decision by email at info@macanstory.com, or use the standard withdrawal form if made available on the website.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method as the original order.
Main conditions for returns:
- item must be new, unworn, and unwashed
- clean and odor-free
- with original tags attached (if applicable)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

8. Non-Eligible Products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed or worn, for hygiene reasons:
- underwear
- socks
- hygienic accessories
(except in the case of a defect upon receipt)
9. Legal Warranty of Conformity and Warranty Against Hidden Defects
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, as well as the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Customers have two years from delivery of the product to bring a claim under the warranty of conformity, without having to prove the defect existed at the time of delivery for defects appearing within 24 months (12 months for second-hand or reconditioned products).
If a defect is confirmed, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product, or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
10. Liability
Odyssée shall not be held liable for:
- improper use of products
- delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities
- indirect damages related to the purchase
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to contact Odyssée amicably at info@macanstory.com.
In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute. [Mediator details to be added]
Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
