Why are the prices lower than on some other platforms?
Our primary goal is to offer sought-after streetwear pieces at competitive prices. Our model and selection allow us to limit certain intermediaries and offer attractive prices, which may therefore differ from those found on other shops or platforms.
Are there customs fees?
No. Import fees are covered by us: you will not have to pay any customs duties or import taxes upon receipt of your package.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with its tags, if applicable. Returns are sent to our return address in France and return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
To make a request, contact us at info@macanstory.com with your order number.
After receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.
